CA Dinesh Kudale (formerly known as Mr. D. S. Kudale) is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a distinguished track record in the field of Direct Taxation. Since the inception of the firm in 2015, he has successfully handled hundreds of income tax matters, including representations up to the level of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

CA Akash Kudale is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has obtained Post graduate degree from Pune University. His keen area of practice is GST compliance, GST consultation, Income Tax Audit, Data Analysis and Reconciliation. He has 7 years of professional experience in Accounting and Taxation services. He is founder member and full time partner of the Firm.

Nikita Bichkar - Kudale
CA Nikita Kudale is an Associate Member of the The Institute of chartered Accountants of India. She has become CA at the age of 22. Being a meritorious Student she has achieved Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship and Shivaji University Scholarship. She has achieved Best Article Students Award for consecutive 3 terms in her Articship Training with M/s Kirtane and Pandit Chartered Accountants. She has worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as Assistant Manager Internal Audit and has achieved Best Employee of the Year Award for her outstanding Performance.
- Bank Audit – Carried Internal Audit assignments of Large size private sector Bank during the articleship training.
- Internal Audit – 2 Years of experience as Assistant Manager Internal Audit Department Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company.
- GST – Registration and Filing of GST Returns and Consultation.
- TDS Compliance – Filing of TDS returns and TDC Compliance.

Our History
Company Established
2005 – Mr. Dinesh Kudale started his career as Office Boy at Kirtane Pandit Chartered Accounatnts Pune.
2006 – Become Audit Assitant in KPCA
2008 – Completed his Graduation from Pune University.
2009 – Started to pursue CA course

Achieved 38th All India Merit Rank
2011 – Achieved 38th All India Merit Rank in CA IPCC/Intermediate Exam
2013- Served as Management Auditor at DRC Congo- Africa
2015 – Completed CA and started Practice
2016 – a small rented office of 180 sq ft started at Kothrud Pune.
2017 – His Wife CA Nikita Kudale joined with him as Partner of the firm.
Cloud Accounting Established
2018 – His brother CA Akash Kudale joined the firm as a partner of the Firm
2018- Started Branch office at Pirangut, Pune which looks after by CA Akash Kudale
2021 – Shifted to his owned Office of 550 sq.ft at Bandal Complex, Kothrud Pune.
